How much will a wedding and reception at the WinStar Convention Center cost?
The cost of a wedding and reception varies greatly. Room rental, food, hosted beverages and services fees/gratuities will make up your final total. Please see our brochure and catering menu for current prices.
What is included in the rental fee?
The rental fee includes a six hour reception, all dining tables and dinnerware, Captain’s choice tablecloths and napkins, dance floor, and skirted tables for: gifts, place cards, guest book, DJ, and cake. Food, beverages, and AV are not included in the rental fee.
Can we bring in our own food or beverages?
All food and beverages, including alcohol, must be provided through our in-house catering department, with the exception of a decorated wedding cake or decorated wedding cupcakes. A $75 dollar cake cutting fee will apply.
How do we make a reservation?
To guarantee your date and space, we require payment of the entire room rental fee as well as a signed contract/proposal. The room rental fee is non-refundable.
