The Ultimate Game Show
WinStar World Casino is giving away chances to win a share of up to $300,000 in cash and prizes Sunday, January 8, 2012 through Sunday, February 26, 2012.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a WinStar Club Passport card member, with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of WinStar World Casino; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning Sunday, January 8, 2012 through Thursday, February 23, 2012 all Patrons who are actively playing with their WinStar Club Passport Card properly inserted into a participating electronic gaming machine, will be eligible to earn entries in the following ways:
a. Patrons will earn entries each week throughout the promotion starting at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2012 through 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012, Patrons will receive one (1) entry for every five (5) points earned by actively playing any electronic gaming machine with their WinStar Club Passport Card properly inserted into the gaming device.
b. New WinStar Club Passport Card members will receive one (1) entry upon initial enrollment at any Players Club desk.
c. Selected Patrons receiving offers via any direct marketing initiative will be able to redeem offers for additional entries and/or a single entry as specified on the offer.
SEMI-FINALIST DRAWINGS
Drawings for Semi-Finalists will be held each Sunday ( 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19), Wednesday ( 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22), Thursday ( /1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23), Friday (1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17) and Saturday ( 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18) beginning January 8, 2012 through February 23, 2012, every hour from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
a. Patrons must be actively playing an electronic gaming machine with their WinStar Club Passport Card at the time of each drawing to be eligible.
b. Patrons are responsible for activating their entries by properly inserting their WinStar Club Passport card into any electronic gaming device and removing their WinStar Club Passport card within one (1) hour of each drawing time. Patrons must activate their entries prior to being eligible to win.
c. Partial Entries will not carryover.
d. Entries valid for next scheduled drawing only.
e. Each selected Semi-Finalist will receive a Save the Date Ticket and $100 in Rewards Play.
i. Semi-Finalists will be eligible to receive one (1) Save the Date Ticket and $100 in Rewards Play per Game Show Event Date.
ii. Each Save the Date Ticket entitles entry for the Semi-Finalist and a Guest into one (1) specified Game Show Event date.
iii. One (1) Game Show Event will be held each day on Saturday, February 25, 2012, and Sunday, February 26, 2012.
iv. Save the Date Tickets will placed in the designated hopper in the Global Event Center on the specified Game Show Event Date.
f. Patrons may only be awarded one (1) Semi-Finalist prize per Game Show Event Date throughout the promotion.
g. WinStar World Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
PRE-SHOW DRAWINGS
On Saturday, February 25, 2012, and Sunday, February 26, 2012, starting at approximately 4:00 pm, twenty (20) Patrons will be drawn from the designated hopper containing the Save the Date Tickets and Guest Tickets to participate in a pre-show.
a. All Save the Date Tickets including Guest Tickets must be filled out completely; Semi-Finalist Tickets to include Semi-Finalist Name, Semi-Finalist WinStar Club Passport Card Number and; Guest Tickets to include Semi-Finalist Name, Guest Name and Guest Date of Birth.
b. Each winner will be awarded $50 in Rewards Play to be deposited into their WinStar Club Passport Card account immediately following the conclusion of that day’s Game Show Event.
c. Patrons may only be awarded one (1) prize during each pre-show drawing date.
d. WinStar World Casino’s manual draw system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
GAME SHOW FINALE
On Saturday, February 25, 2012, and Sunday, February 26, 2012, starting at approximately 4:00 p.m., thirty-four (34) Patrons will be drawn each Game Show Event date for a chance to participate in each Ultimate Game Show Finale.
a. Patrons who previously received Save the Date Tickets for The Ultimate Game Show Finale are responsible for activating their entry by properly inserting their WinStar Club Passport Card into any electronic gaming device, verifying their name appears on the iView screen, then removing their WinStar Club Passport Card from the gaming device within one (1) hour of the drawing time(s).
b. Patrons must activate their entry prior to being eligible to win.
c. Patrons may only be selected as a Contestant one (1) time each Game Show Event date during each Ultimate Game Show Finale not including each pre-show drawings.
d. Patrons may only be awarded one (1) prize each Game Show Event date during each Ultimate Game Show Finale not including each pre-show drawing.
e. WinStar World Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
