No Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Guaranteed $250,000 Poker Tournament - Single Table Satellite
WinStar World Casino will be hosting “No Limit Texas Hold ‘Em” Guaranteed $250,000, $1,000 + $50 Poker tournament from Sunday, January 1, 2012 to Sunday, January 29, 2012.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a WinStar Club Passport card member, with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of WinStar World Casino; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning Sunday, January 1, 2012, Patrons may buy-in directly to the Main Event for $1,050 per seat. Direct buy-ins to the Main Event may be purchased (credit cards accepted) at the WinStar World Casino Poker Room. Patrons may also purchase tickets over the phone by calling 1-800-622-6317.
Single Table Satellites
Beginning on Sunday, January 1, 2012, Single Table Satellites will be held in the WinStar World Casino Poker Room. Single Table Satellites are single table, No Limit
Texas Hold’Em, Freeze-out Tournaments that.
a. Patrons may buy-in for one hundred and five dollars ($105).
b. Each Single Table Satellite must contain ten (10) Patrons.
c. Each Patron will begin with one thousand dollars ($1,000) in tournament chips. For an optional five dollar ($5) Dealer Appreciation Fee, the Patron will receive an additional five hundred dollars ($500) in tournament chips.
d. Blind levels will start at twenty-five/fifty dollars ($25/$50) and advance every fifteen (15) minutes.
The winner of each Single Table Satellite will receive an entry ticket into the Main Event.
Main Event
On Sunday, January 29, 2012, the Main Event will be held at the WinStar World Casino Poker Room. ¬¬¬
Registration for the Main Event will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST at the WinStar World Casino Poker Room. Tournament play will begin at 12:00 p.m. CST at the WinStar World Casino Poker Room.
a. Patrons must present their entry ticket, WinStar Club Passport Card and valid photo ID at registration in order to gain entry, No Exceptions.
b. WinStar World Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
All Patrons will begin the Main Event with seven thousand dollars ($7,000) in tournament chips.
Blind levels will start at twenty-five/twenty-five dollars ($25/$25) and advance every thirty (30) minutes.
Payout structure will be based on actual number of entries (10% of the field).
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
