Currently, the Global Event Center is the only smoke-free area at WinStar World Casino.

Can You Bring Pets In To The Casino?

With the exception of disability assistance pets such as seeing-eye dogs, pets are not allowed at WinStar World Casino for the safety of other patrons.

How Old Must You Be To Play At The Casino?

Can the hotel have wedding receptions?

There's no better place to have your special day! WinStar World Casino Hotel is equipped to host wedding receptions for up to 200 guests. Please contact our sales staff at 580-276-3100 or contact them here for more information.

All of our guest rooms offer a host of amenities that include complimentary in-room safes, hair dryers, irons and flat screen HDTVs.

Neither pets nor smoking are permitted inside the WinStar World Casino Hotel. Of course, service animals assisting our guests with disabilities are always welcome. While the hotel does not offer smoking rooms, smoking is permitted in WinStar World Casino's gaming floor.

WinStar World Casino Hotel's elegant lounge is located in our lobby and opens daily at 11:30 a.m. Our lounge offers a casual bistro menu featuring specialty burgers, salads, and entrees, making it a perfect place to take a break from the action.

WinStar World Casino Hotel's business center is open 24 hours a day and provides everything you need to stay connected during your visit.

WinStar World Casino Hotel's fitness center has everything you need to stay in shape. The state-of-the-art fitness center is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, so you'll never have to miss a workout.

Our outdoor resort pool features a custom-designed grotto and cascading waterfall, making it the perfect place to unwind. The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily (other than during winter months).

Our dinner menu includes premier wines, unique appetizers, and a variety of delicious steak and seafood entrees, as well as desserts and specialty coffees. While reservations are not required, they are highly recommended for dinner. For lunch, our guests are invited to enjoy the bistro menu at our lounge. For lighter fare, our guests can pick up a salad and sandwich at our convenient Grab-and-Go.

What Forms Of ID Do You Need For A Jackpot Payout?

In order to collect a jackpot payout, you must present a valid Government issued photo ID, such as driver's license, passport, military ID or alien registration.

What Is The Process For Paying Out Jackpots?

Payouts for any jackpot up to $20,000 are handled through our gaming floor Hosts and paid immediately. If your jackpot exceeds $20,000, you will receive the remaining portion of your winnings in the form of a check within 7 to 10 business days.
