WINSTAR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

“THE RIVER” $3,000,000.00 POKER TOURNAMENT

February 14, 2008-August 23, 2008

OFFICIAL RULES

1. “The River” $3,000,000.00 Poker Tournament is part of the WinStar World Championship Series (“WWCS”) consisting of Mini Satellites, Monthly Mega Satellites, and the Final Tournament. All tournament play will be held at WinStar Casinos, an enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation (“Nation”). All House Rules Apply.

2. This Tournament is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. All participants must be a WinStar Casinos Club Passport Member. Employees of the Chickasaw Nation, members of their household and/or promotional sponsors shall not be eligible for participation in “The River” Poker Tournament.

3. Selected Monthly Mega Satellites and the entire Final Tournament of “The River” Poker Tournament will be filmed for television. All tournament participants must sign a publicity release form to be eligible to participate in the Tournament. By entering into the “The River” Poker Tournament, each participant consents to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and performance by the Chickasaw Nation and their designees for any lawful purpose including but not limited to, airing of the participant’s performance in the Tournament and related circumstances and events on television as well as any and all advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or not currently known including but not limited to television, film, radio, online, and worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation to, notification of or permission of the participant. Other than tournament payouts, participants will not be entitled to any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for their participation in the “The River” Poker Tournament, the television airing of the Tournament or any compensation from any promotional sponsors. The Chickasaw Nation and its designees may exploit, edit, modify, reproduce and distribute any and all footage compiled during the Tournament including the period when the potential Grand Prize Winner is announced.

4. If for any reason a participant is unwilling, unavailable or unable to participate in the events or activities related to and surrounding “The River” Poker Tournament as herein described, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to replace any such participant with the next highest chip winner.

5. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winner(s) will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.

6. Any situation or dispute not covered by the rules governing “The River” Poker Tournament will be resolved by the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this tournament at any time. Upon any dispute regarding this tournament, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.

7. Participation constitutes an agreement of each entrant to abide by these Official Rules of the WinStar World Championship Series “The River” Poker Tournament. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.

8. Participation constitutes affirmative consent of each entrant to the courts and laws of the Chickasaw Nation which shall govern this tournament.

MINI SATELLITES

1. Mini Satellites are single table, No-Limit Texas Hold’Em, Freeze-Out Tournaments. The Buy-in is fifty-five dollars ($55.00) and each Mini Satellite game must contain nine (9) players. Each player will begin with one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in tournament chips. For an additional five dollar ($5.00) fee the player will receive five hundred dollars ($500.00) in tournament chips for dealer appreciation. Blind levels will start at $25/$50 and will advance every fifteen (15) minutes.

2. The winner of each Mini Satellite will receive an entry in to the Mega Satellite Tournament. Second Place will receive fifty-five dollars ($55.00).

MONTHLY MEGA SATELLITES

1. Monthly Mega Satellites will be held at WinStar Casinos Showplace Theatre on the following Saturdays: March 22, April 19, May 17, June 21, and July 19, 2008. MEGA SATELLITES ON THE ABOVE DATES WILL BE FILMED FOR TELEVISION.

2. Monthly Mega Satellites will be held at WinStar Casinos Poker Room on the Following Sundays: May 25, June 8, June 29, July 13, July 27, August 3, and August 10, 2008. SELECTED MEGA SATELLITES ON THE ABOVE DATES WILL BE FILMED FOR TELEVISION.

2. A total of four hundred (400) players may participate through buy-ins of four hundred dollars ($400.00) plus forty dollars ($40.00).

3. Monthly Mega Satellite Tournament Registration will begin at 9:00 AM CST and play will begin at 11:00 AM CST on each of the scheduled dates.

4. All players will begin with five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in tournament chips. Blind levels will start at $25/$50 and advance every 30 minutes. The top twenty percent (20%) of the field will advance to the Final Tournament which will be held on Sunday, August 17, Monday, August 18, Tuesday, August 19, Wednesday, August 20, Thursday, August 21, and Saturday, August 23, 2008.Once the tournament has played down to twenty percent (20%) of the field, entry chips for “The River” will be given out to players as they are eliminated. The first player eliminated (from the top 20%) will receive a Sunday chip. The next player eliminated will receive a Monday chip, the next player eliminated will receive a Tuesday chip, the next player eliminated will receive a Wednesday chip, the next player eliminated will receive a Thursday chip. The entry chip is transferable, but has no cash value. This rotation continues for all players for the remainder of the tournament, No Exceptions.

5. Players are prohibited from playing on multiple days in the opening rounds of the Final Tournament, Sunday August 17, 2008 – Thursday August 21, 2008.

6. WinStar Casinos will add twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for each Mega Satellite. The twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) will be given to the top nine (9) places.

FINAL TOURNAMENT

1. The $3 Million Final Poker Tournament will be held at WinStar Casinos on Sunday, August 17, Monday, August 18, Tuesday, August 19, Wednesday, August 20, Thursday, August 21, and Saturday, August 23, 2008. Opening Rounds will be held from Sunday August 17-Thrusday August 21, 2008. Registration begins at 9:00AM and play begins at 11:00 CST each day. THE FINAL TOURNAMENT WILL BE FILMED FOR TELEVISON.

2. The Final Tournament is limited to one thousand five hundred (1,500) players. Tournament Buy-Ins are two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) plus one hundred dollars ($100.00). Direct Buy-In to the Final Tournament can be purchased (credit cards accepted) at the Winstar Casinos poker room daily form 12:00AM -12:00PM CST.

3. All players will begin with ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in tournament chips. Blind levels begin at $25/$50 and advance every forty (40) minutes.

4. In each opening round, three hundred (300) players will compete and the final thirty (30) players or 10% of the field from each day will advance to the finals on Saturday August, 23, 2008.

5. Saturday, August 23, 2008: registration for the final one hundred fifty (150) players begins at 9:00 AM CST. Tournament play begins at 11:00 AM CST in the WinStar Casinos ShowPlace Theatre.

6. All player chip counts will be carried over from the previous rounds to the final day. Blind levels will start from the previous rounds lowest final level and continue to increase.
